Youth Encouragement
The Red Cedar Symphony prides itself on it’s efforts to encourage area string
students. At each concert, string students provide intermission music and
perform a selection with the orchestra at each spring concert.
The Red Cedar String Initiative collaborates with the Shell Lake Arts Center to
provide area students with String Clinics.
Our long range goals include launching a youth symphony and supporting any area school that starts a string program.
